Got a Workshop Idea for 2010?
Every fall we review workshop evaluations, look at current trends in publishing, talk to people in the book, magazine, online, editing and design industries, and we try and figure out what workshops are needed for the following year.
While meeting with the "employers" in the industry is one of the best ways to find out what training results in hiring, we are constantly looking for other ways to fine-tune this process.
This fall, we are opening that process to you. You know what you want. You know the areas in which your career's trajectory stalls. Tell us. We will consider your suggestions along with industry recommendations to create next year's schedule. You just may see "your" workshop on the charts for next year.
